The indoor area can seat 150 guests with all tables out with room for celebration.
Our barn is a 56x60 gambrel style with a 30x20 loft area including 2 bathrooms, bridal suite, beautiful foyer and custom bar area. Constructed with rustic elegance in mind, you will be in awe of the wooden interior walls, copper metal and custom details that make it special. Parking is approximately 50 yards above the main building in a grassy flat area with a panoramic view of the barn and farm below. The fall season being the most majestic as the surrounding views are turning vibrant colors. Spring green up as the pasture grass and fields come to life make a beautiful view as well with the sheep grazing out front and the birds chirping about. Deer and wild turkey frequent the field below for your enjoyment as well.
We offer hosting for weddings and events of all types. Clean up and trash removal are included in the packages. Event planning and coordination is available if so desired.
Yes, we offer several round, rectangle, and pub style folding tables and 150 folding chairs.
Beer and wine can be served at your event. No liquor allowed on the property and no glass bottled beers. We recommend a bar tender and event insurance must state alcohol being served.
The main area of the barn does not have HVAC as of now. There are 2 glass roll up doors on each side and 2 sliders on the ends that allow a nice breeze to come through as the barn sits on a hill. If conditions are chilly outdoors we do have means to heat the barn to a comfortable temperature. We plan to add full HVAC in the near future. The bridal suite is fully climate controlled as is the Groomsmen Getaway cabin.
As of now we do not have a full prep kitchen. It is designed in our expansion plan for the future. There is a commercial sink and refrigerator behind bar area for use. An area that is designed for food setup with separate circuits for warmers, crock pots, etc. that works really well in close proximity of the bar area. We will provide ice in either rolling coolers or other storage if needed. There is no cooking allowed in or around the barn.
The process begins when a date is agreed upon and the contract is signed with a 50% deposit to hold. Event insurance and refundable damage deposit must be obtained and presented 30 days prior to occupation date. We have a preferred Insurance Rep. that is familiar with the operations and requirements that we strongly recommend. The cost is minimal, nothing to get anxious over.
Yes, there will be a member of staff available on premise for ceremony day to assist with facility and issues if they arise.
No fireworks of any kind are allowed on premise. The venue is finished in wood and the surrounding areas are mostly forest. Any sparks could cause a fire that would result in damages.
